Black Creek Community Collaborative

A network of residents, service-providers, and community stakeholders

Guided by the core principles of human rights; resident involvement; determinants of health; diversity, access, and equity; and partnership, we seek to build community capacity, promote self-sufficiency and sustainability, and enhance the quality of life for all in the Black Creek Community.

​Community and Legal Aid Services Program (CLASP)

CLASP is a free legal clinic located in Osgoode Hall Law School at York University. We help people with their legal problems who cannot afford a lawyer. CLASP also offers social work services and community outreach services. (Read more)

​Elspeth Heyworth Centre for Women

The Elspeth Heyworth Centre believes strong women equal a strong community. We empower and build collective capacity.Our programs focus on supporting women in our community, but are not exclusively for women. Men, women and families of all ages and backgrounds are welcome. (Read more)

With a mandate to empower and strengthen the resilience of grievers, Out Of Bounds (OOB) specializes in providing culturally responsive, compassionate, non-denomination “mutual peer support” for youth, individuals, families and communities. (Read more)
